3. Per Check: The Payment per check is only available in metropolitan France.
In case of a product in bad condition, please do not send us the defective product but please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Beyond this time period, your request couldn’t be taken into account.
If the product is in bad condition, please send us a photo to this address: email@example.com. Without photos, we couldn’t take into account your request.
Once we receive them, we will contact you as soon as possible to consider the best solutions (replacement or voucher).
