How do I create an account ? 

How can I connect to my account ?

To create an account, click on the following link: « create an account / registration »

  1. To connect you to your account once it is created, you need to click on « my account » at top right of your screen.
  2. Then, in the area calls « already registered ? », write the e-mail address and the password you chose to create your account and click on « sign in ».

I have lost my id and password.

If you have lost your id and password, you can recover them by giving your e-mail address. They will be send to this e-mail address.

  1. Click on the following link: « recover my id and password ».
  2. Give the e-mail adresse on which you wan to receive your id and password.
  3. Click on « retire your password


Tcheck your e-mails. You will receive an e-mail from us with your password very soon.

I want to create a new delivery address. 

You have the possibility to change your delivery address. 

Firstly, you have to connect you to your account with your login (e-mail address and password) 

  1. enter your e-mail address
  2. enter your password
  3. click on « sign in »

Once you are connecte to your account:

  1. click on « my addresses »
  2. click on « add a new address »
  3. give your new address and the rest of required information
  4. click on « save »

You have now a new address that you can use for your next order.

Yes, La Boutique du Petit Prince delivers worldwide. To know the prices according where you live, please click on the following link: "International delivery". 

How do I know the delivery costs and the delivery time ? 

You can know the delivery costs and the delivery time by clicking on "Cart" at top right of your screen.

  1. Click on "Cart" at top right of your screen.
  2. When you are on "Shopping-cart summary", scroll down the page until the section "estimate the cost of shipping". 

You can also find the delivery time in our "Terms and Conditions" section by clicking on the following link: "Terms and conditions". 

How do I know if my parcel was shipped ? 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a mail of confirmation on the email address you gave for your registration. 

How can I do to have a delivery address different from my billing address ?

All payments mettons and transactions are 100% secured.

When do I know if my payment is confirmed ?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an mail saying that you payment is confirmed.

You have several others payments methods :

1. Paypal : You can pay with your Paypal account: www.paypal.fr. After the approval of your cart, The Little Prince Shop will redirect you to the paypal’s secure payment page. If you don’t have a Paypal account, Paypal proposes a payment with Visa and MasterCard directly on his homepage as well.

2. Bank transfer: Bank transfer is only available in the Euro Zone. 

If you choose the bank transfer, please make the transfer on our account by "Banque Crédit Mutuel - Alsace Nord":

3. Per Check: The Payment per check is only available in metropolitan France.

  • What can I do if the delivered product is in bad condition ?

What can I do if the delivered product is in bad condition?

In case of a product in bad condition, please do not send us the defective product but please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Beyond this time period, your request couldn’t be taken into account.

If the product is in bad condition, please send us a photo to this address: contact@laboutiquedupetitprince.com. Without photos, we couldn’t take into account your request.

Once we receive them, we will contact you as soon as possible to consider the best solutions (replacement or voucher).


Important : Please DO NOT send us a defective product.

What can I do if there is a missing product ?

If you notice a missing product, please send us a registered post with proof of receipt with a signed statement saying that there was a missing product.

How to put an article into the cart ?

  1. Click on the product of your choice.
  2. Click on « Add to cart »: the product will add automatically into your cart.

If you want to order more copies of the same product, just modify the number displayed in the "Quantity" field at the left of « add to cart ».
